This workshop is a refresher for people who have already learned the Sun 13 in the traditional style, even if they are a bit rusty. Remember the sequence and then add a little polish and depth with Master Trainer Ralph Dehner.
This workshop will also be great preparation for the 5-day retreat at the Beach.
