Tai Chi Walking Stick

The walking stick is the perfect Tai Chi weapon. It can be carried anywhere even on a plane. The walking stick combines the features of the staff with the length and balance of a sword. In this workshop, learn a 24 form sequence which will combine the Yang-style sword smoothness with the energy of a saber routine. This short but dynamic routine is the perfect addition to your tai chi repertoire and can be practiced whenever you are out for a walk or feel like changing up your tai chi practice routine.
This workshop is open to anyone with at least one year of regular tai chi practice.
You will need a 48" walking stick like the one pictured.
